This cache is located in Seven Lakes State Park. Recreational passport is required to enter the park. Hours are from 8 am to 10 pm. Please come prepared to walk the trails. Some spots here have poison ivy and there is always a possibility of ticks and mosquitos. Wear appropriate clothing and bug spray would be helpful. Container holds log only. Please bring a pen. I wouldn't attempt searching in the dark. Apparently it does blend in really well! Upped the difficulty a bit, on 4/17/14
I think the entrance to this trail is so enchanting, almost magical. It is a beautiful area and I wanted to share this with you all. It is shortly off the trail. I went today 9/6/13 to check the coordinates. My phone was acting up and died. So I thought of how I could describe how to get to it. You will need to enter from the road at trail #15. The first tree on the right that is swaying to the right is where you will want to start counting your steps. Take 10 steps and enter on the right. Take about 30 steps toward a big tree, when you get to the tree you will need to duck down and continue 15 more steps to get to the tree where it is located. There are some natural things that should point you in the right direction. Thanks to mmc881 and BowzTheWowz for new coordinates! Congrats to mmc881 for ftf!
