While some people hate micros, the intent of this cache is to show people this nice little waterfall. The cache contains only a logsheet, so don't forget to bring along your pen!
We had a cache here years ago, but the flooding in 2011 did so much damage and closed the road for such a long time that we decided to just archive the cache. It's such a nice little water fall and deserves to be seen, so we placed another cache here!
This cache is located just a short distance up the road from Sullivan Falls cache. You can drive up from Jamison City, or down from Route 487. Although the ride along this road is beautiful, the road has no winter maintenance, so we don't recommend searching for this when there is snow on the ground, unless you are willing to hike to it! There is a small pull off right near the cache. After you've grabbed the cache, walk about 70 feet down the road to view the waterfall. This cache is on the border of State Gamelands 13. It was a bit difficult to get accurate coordinates here due to the steep mountain sides and foliage, but with the hint, you shouldn't have a problem.
