Geocache Description:

You are being hunted and you don’t even know it.   Using advanced technology such as infra-red imagining and cloaking technology the predator has the advantage.   It is the same race of alien that hunted Dutch Schaefer in 1987.   He successfully defeated the Predator, will you?

You are the prey.  If you are going to survive you are going to have to keep your EYES and ears open.   What you see and hear will determine whether or not you make it out alive.

You have been inserted at N 43° 56.005 W 079° 50.213 .   While looking North you see something (it's in a tree).  You aren't sure what it is as it only flashes about once every minute or so.   When you get a fix on this target you need to shoot.   For best accuracy make sure your weapon has a laser sight.    The Predator escapes but his homing beacon gets snagged in a tree. Use the numbers from the beacon to complete these coordinates
N 43° 56.__ __ __
W 079° 50.__ __ __

(checksum = 19)

The coordinates take you to a snipers nest used by the predator.

As you are looking at the path the predator has been targeting you hear the predator behind you at a bearing of roughly 308°.   You wheel around and fire at where you think the predator’s head might be.  The predator cloaking technology makes it very well camoufaged. There is only a small window for you to hit the predator. You think you hit the predator and go in search of sign that you have hit the invisible predator.

Be alert. Your tracking skills will help you find the predator. The predator will get weaker. You will need to hit the predator any time you find it.

You will know the predator has finally succumbed to its wounds when there are no more signs or you hear the cloaking device malfunction. Retrieve the final from beside the predator.

NOTES:
The starting coordinates are on the trail. Stay on the trail until you get the coordinates from the beacon.
There is a UV attribute on this cache but it is not required for the cache. If you want to get the BFL8 Final you will need the UV to get the clue.
