You will be looking for a 30 caliber ammo box. It is located close to where muggles may be able to see it. Please be sure you hide it at least as good as when you find it.
I saw a little poison ivy in the area, but you should be able to avoid it.
The hike to the cache should be fairly easy. There are trails throughout the park, and if you are lucky you will find trails that take you almost all the way to the cache. If you find yourself doing much bushwacking you probably missed a trail somewhere.
I had to cross a couple of small sreams on the way in. I also ran into a little bit of mud. When I hid this cache the streams were quite low, and I didn't even come close to getting my feet wet, but you might want to be ready in case the streams are up a little bit.
NOTE: THE PUZZLE BELOW NO LONGER APPLIES BECAUSE OF CHANGES IN THE AREA. THE FINAL COORDINATES ARE GIVEN AS A WAYPOINT BELOW!!!!
The given coordinates are not where the cache is hidden. To find the actual coordinates you have to gather information on site and solve the puzzle below.
N 42 07.ABC W 080 00.DEF
There is a roadway going into the park at this location. A gate blocks the entrance. On the right side of the roadway as you are facing the gate you will see a sign post. On each side of the road leading in there is a guardrail.
A = The number of vertical beams supporting the guardrail on your left as you face into the park.
B = The number of signs attached to the sign post at the entrance.
C = The number of words on the last line of the highest sign.
D = The total number of letters on the top 2 lines of the highest sign.
E = The number of supports for the shorter guardrail plus 1.
F = The total number of lines of words on the smallest sign plus the number of letters in the color of the words.
That's it. Have fun!!
