In order to claim a 
you must post or log at least 50 Waymarks at waymarking.com that are different from the qualifying list for other waymark challenge caches. Waymarking is similar to what some would call a "virtual cache". You can learn more about Waymarking by perusing the Waymarking FAQ. There are a number of established Waymarks nearby already and you could even post new Waymarks to qualify. I will check your profile page at waymarking.com to make sure you've either posted or visited enough Waymarks to qualify.
The church nearby is aware of the cache location and has graciously allowed cachers to use the parking lot for temporarily accessing the cache location. Please keep in mind that this is a well used facility and that the parking lot may be fully occupied at times. There is alternate street parking available as well. I look both ways before crossing the street.
This cache is one of a series of Waymarking challenge caches. I hope you will enjoy Waymarking as much (or more) than I have. It's certainly led me to discover new places and see normal things in a new light, which has been part of the fun of Geocaching all along for me as well.
