The cache you’re looking for is located in Fuxing Park, but not at the given coordinates.
One of the several ways to get to the park is:
Metro Line 10, Xintiandi Station, Exit 6, walk the Fuxing Rd heading west, enter the park by the gate at Fuxing Rd./Chongqing Rd.
Fuxing Park is one of our favorite parks in Shanghai. The park itself is beautiful with old plane trees and colorful flower beds. You can watch the people practicing tai chi, singing, dancing, playing their traditional musical instruments, doing calligraphy on the pavement, playing cards and Chinese chess, fly their kites, practice with the Chinese diabolo and more.
The park is opened to the public:
April – June: 5am - 6pm
July – September: 5am – 8pm
October – March: 6am – 6pm
To access the cache you first have to find out the most lucky (one-digit) number in Chinese culture.
The following numbers are numerals in a numeral system based on the lucky number.
Find the decimal representation of these numerals and just add the degree symbols and the decimal marks. N 13700131 E 56207154
The cache container is a camouflaged rock. Not much room for trading items.

The cache had become known to a local, who was taking bribes from cachers to show its location. Then it went missing, so it has been relocated and the coordinates in the puzzle updated. Still in the park. It is in the style of some of my other caches in town now.
Update 03.02.2017
Updated the clue to move the coordinates about 24', to better reflect actual location. Due to the trees, this might or might not make your life easier.
Beware the China offset that comes and goes. The coordinates on your phone and map will not always lead you to the right destination. A genuine GPS will always work.
