Sommaren 2013 arrangerades det första geocaching-eventet vid Läckö slott. Besökarna fick besöka slottets hemliga rum, mingla, tävla och leta upp ett stort antal cacher som släpptes samtidigt med eventet. När detta event publicerades tog det bara några timmar innan de 50 platserna var fullbokade!
Vi fick blodad tand och därför satsar vi nu på ett större event våren 2014 med ett större team bakom. Vi har laddat programmet med många spännande aktiviteter så att många geocachare ska bli nöjda.
Lidköpings centrum är basen för eventet och för olika boendealternativ hänvisar vi till vår externa webbplats.
Huvudsyftet med eventet är att träffa andra geocachare men också få möjlighet att gå på spännande upplevelser, lyssna på föreläsningar, barnaktiviteter och workshops. Vi kommer också ha en marknad där olika försäljare ställer ut. Klockan 18:00 släpper vi ca 90 nya officiella cacher till eventdeltagarna. Dessa släpps sedan på geocaching.com kl 08:00 på söndagen den 27 april.
För att finansiera eventet måste vi denna gång ta ut en deltagaravgift på 100 kronor för alla deltagare över 15 år om man registrera sig i förväg. Väljer man att betala vid entern är det förhöjd avgift (150 kr) Information om hur du registrerar dig och betalar din startavgift finns på den externa hemsidan. Vill ni bara logga eventet, gå på marknaden och delta i cachesläppet, är den delen kostnadsfritt.

Program lördag den 26 april:
- 10:00-12:00 Incheckning
- 10:00 – 14:00 Marknad, mingel och TB-bord
- 12:00 – 14:00 Föreläsningar, workshops och barnaktivitet
- 15:00 – 18:00 Guidade upplevelser på Läckö slott (OBS! Fullbokat!) och i Lidköping. (Till de olika upplevelserna på tar man sig på egen hand.)
- 18:00 Publicering av nya geocachar för eventdeltagarna
- 20:00 Eventet slutar med återsamling på Nya Stadens Torg i Lidköping
- 20:00-24:00 Aftercaching på en närliggande resturang (Begränsat antal platser och en extra avgift)

- GC4YX32 Lidköping CITO Event (Separat anmälan)

Welcome to Läckö Kinnekulle Event 2014!
The summer of 2013 we arranged the first geocaching event, taking place at Läckö Castle. The visitors were allowed to visit the secret rooms of the castle, take part in competitions and search for a great number of caches which were released simultaneously with the event. When this event was published it only took a few hours before the 50 places available were occupied.
This experience really whetted our appetite and we're now planning an even bigger event in the spring of 2014 with a bigger crew. The programme will be filled with a lot of exciting activities to make every geocacher happy and satisfied.
The centre of Lidköping will be the base of the event. To explore your possibilities of accommodations we refer to our external web page delagardie.org
The main purpose of this event is to meet other geocachers but also to receive an opportunity of getting some exciting experiences, listening to lectures, do activities with the children and participate in workshops. There will also be a market where different vendors will exhibit their goods. At 18.00 the plan is to release new caches with a great number of official caches to the participants of the event. These will be released on geocaching.com 08.00 Sunday, April 27th.
To be able to finance the event, this time we have to charge a participation fee of 100 SEK for all participants over the age of 15. More information about how you register and pay the initiation fee is available on the external web page delagardie.org. If you only wish to log the event and attend the market, that part is free of charge.

12:00 – 14:00 Lectures, workshops and family-geocaching with children.
15:00 – 18:00 Guided tours on the castle of Läckö (Fully booked!) and in the city of Lidköping. (To the different experiences you go on your own.)
18:00 Releasing the caches for the participants of the event.
20:00 The event closes with a reassembly at New Town Square (Nya stadens Torg) in Lidköping
20:00-24:00 ”After caching” in a nearby restaurant (limited number and extra fee).
