Ranfan
is a fighter who joined in the tenkaichibudakai. She was the only female to make it to the finals and she is not ashamed to use her body as a weopon. One of her favorite techniques is to strip off her clothes and show her womanly assets. This provides a great distraction for many of her opponents.
For this cache she has some how gotten herself lost in the back streets of Shuri. Find her there, and beat her to get important information on winning the tenkaichibudakai.
