A nice Fishing/swimming hole maintained by the New Norfolk Anglers Club
I Caught my first trout here well before the corner was cleaned up and the jetty built. Over the years the jetty has suffered from vandalism and arsonists. Tirelessly the anglers club keep repairing the jetty for everyones enjoyment. The rapids down stream are fun to play in during the summer months but you definatly need to be a strong swimmer to attempt the ride down them, the shallow rocks can leave bruises on your behind. From time to time i have seen the water level high enough for the jetty to be underwater. The cache contains a log sheet only so you will need to provide your own writing stick.
The area is wheel chair freindly but I don't think the actuall cache could be retreived by a person confined to a wheelchair.
