Come join us for a Saturday morning
"3 mile tour".
The group-guided tour will leave from the
Roseland Park Boat Ramp
at precisely 09:00 am
and cruise the waters of
Baytown's Cedar Bayou.
Cedar bayou is a great place to see a variety of
birds, turtles, fish and an occasional gator,
so load up your raft, canoe, kayak, boat or barge
and join in the fun.
While on the water, please follow all aspects of water safety; parts of the bayou are deep and can be choppy at times.

ü Wear sunscreen
ü Bring plenty of water
ü Yield to large vessels
ü Observe all rules of water safety
ü Respect the private property of residents along the waterway
ü Be careful
ü Have fun
The tour will continue to Carey Bayou (north-west of the HWY 146 bridge),
where we will visit, trade caching stories, swap 'bugs' and have
a hot-dog picnic.
v I will supply the dogs, buns and paper goods.
v BYOB - (Bring your own beverages).
v Please bring chips a side or a dessert to share. (picnic food/drinks can be dropped off at the launch site)
v After lunch we will car-pool/shuttle back to Roseland Park to pick up the vehicles (or you can paddle back if you like).
v Be sure to log a 'will attend' so we don't leave anybody behind.
