This Pain in the Neck cache is easily accessible from the sidewalk.  You are walking along busy Kinnickinnic Ave. but you do NOT need to go near the road.  Bring your own pen or pencil.  Please put it back as found.  Please respect the business owners' property.  Placed with permission of property owner. 

An amazing winter cache.  Always cacher friendly.
