Geocache Description:

Welcome to the US Army Corps of Engineers at Allatoona Lake Water Safety Geocache. Do you know how to swim? Do you wear your life jacket while on the water? What do you do if you encounter a person in trouble on the Lake? Well this cache will help you answer these questions and more.

The cache has been placed inside a U.S. Army Corps of Engineer’s Boat Ramp. There is no charge for single cars, boat trailers must pay $3 to launch at the ramp. Single car parking is limited, however there are 3-4 single car spaces very close to the cache. Be sure to check the cover of the log book for additional instructions. Be safe & have fun!
