An event to bring visitors to Ferry Meadows, part of Nene Park.
This is a fabulous location which has easy to walk pathways taking in the sights and sounds of the River Nene, the gravel pit lakes and its wooded areas.
The event is being held in the Discovery Den which can be found just off the main car park and close to the Visitor Centre.
There will be a number of new caches launched for the event which will take place between 10.30am and 12.30pm.
The caches will be released on the website the night before the event to allow you all to download a PQ, although I will have a printed version of the coordinates available. I will also have a PQ on my laptop and you will be welcome to download it to your GPS as long as you bring your own lead.
The car park opens at 8am, but for those keen FTF hunters the park can be accessed from numerous locations.
PLEASE NOTE: THERE WILL BE A £4 CAR PARK CHARGE FOR PARKING IN THE FERRY MEADOWS CAR PARK AFTER 10am..so arrive before then, cache and then call in.
