Back for another year, Spring Stomp will see many new caches ready to go for April 26.
Starting at 9 a.m. we will begin GPX file transferring, registration, meet and greet, etc.
We are also looking at doing a geocache bingo game, dinner and prize exchange on Saturday and a CITO event has been set up for Sunday as well (GC521WC).
Gold Country will be on hand again to let us know about all the fun events they taking place this year.
This year there is no registration cost - just let us know here that you plan to attend so we can be better prepared. Please let us know if you intend to come to supper as well so we can make sure to book a big enough restaurant.
To take part in the prize exchange bring a new caching related item (value of $5-$10) to the morning event. Prizes will be randomly distributed to all those taking part in the exchange at the supper. Because it is random make sure you bring something you would use yourself, you never know what you'll be bringing home ;) (At the supper awards and game prizes will also be handed out.)
FOR THOSE SUBMITTING CACHES FOR STOMP: We'd love if you'd consider placing a cache (or two or three) for Stomp. If you are looking to help us out by placing caches please be sure to put SS14 at the END of your cache name (helps the reviewer keep track and makes it easier to search for cachers) and have it submitted for the reviewer by April 4. Also include a note to the reviewer saying "THIS IS A SPRING STOMP CACHE, PLEASE PUBLISH ON APRIL 27."
Also be sure to send us a GPX file of your cache so we can include it in the file transfer on Saturday morning at Spring Stomp.
