One of Wanganui’s most beautiful parks. Virginia Lake offers a range of activities including a 25 minute woodland walk around the lake.
This Geocache will bring you to the upper tracks of Virginia Lake (approx 10 minutes from the car park). Keep your wits about you for this one, some climbing maybe required.
Retrieving this cache may be somewhat of a mission during high muggle times of the day. A good time to visit would be early morning or just before sundown.
