Archiving since the event is long over and everyone has had time to log his/her attendance. If not, the listing is not locked, which also goes if the CO wants to add some additional remarks. This also prevents it from appearing on pocket queries unnecessarily. and keeps it from continuing to appear on cacher's search lists. Geocache Description:

Join Bucky for the catered dinner at the Camp Okoboji dining hall following the day long IGO Hike N Seek 2014 caching event.

The Camp Okoboji kitchen staff will prepare a Saturday evening meal of hamburgers with trimmings, potato salad, beans, lettuce salad, dessert and drink for a suggested $7.00 per serving. In order for us to get an accurate count of how much food to prepare, please indicate how many servings you anticipate and if any special dietary needs exist in your WILL ATTEND log by Monday, September 8.

Dinner will be served from 6pm until 8pm. During that time, the GEOBoji Cache Fishin' hosts will be tallying the scores accumulated during the day so that awards may be handed out after dinner.

Attending this dinner at the camp is NOT a requirement if you would otherwise like to participate in any of the other weekend events.

The dining hall is the large building overlooking Emerson Bay with a large deck past the basketball court. Your may park on the basketball court or on the grass in front of any cabin. Camp rules prohibit pets on campus. No alcohol is allowed in the dining hall, although it is permitted in the housekeeping cabins. WIFI is available.
