Geocache Description:

This World Wide Flash Mob Event is located at the site of the first cache hidden in Broome.

This event is one small part of the WWFM XI (World Wide Flash Mob event) coordinated and held in conjunction with the San Diego WWFM XI hosted by iTrax and FoxTail (Sonny & Sandy) at 10:00 on Saturday morning in California but as that would make it 1am on the Sunday for us, I am holding this event at the approved and far more user-friendly time of 10:00am Saturday 7 June 2014 instead.

AGENDA

0945 - 0958

Position yourself at various locations within a short walk of GZ but not within sight of GZ.

0958 - 1000

Casually, acting like a muggle, make your way towards GZ; pretend not to know each other or give any indication that something is about to happen but STAY AWAY from the ground zero until your GPSr clock tells you it's exactly 10:00.

Everyone arrives at GZ. La Kedi will be there with a log book, which must be signed before 10:15 for you to qualify for the flash mob.

1000 - 1015

Mingle. Meet old friends and make new ones. Share stories. But be quick - there is not much time!

Participants assemble for the traditional WWFM group photos and to record the group cheerios

1015

IMMEDIATELY LEAVE the area. The area will be evacuated without a trace. Sadly, if you didn't get to it in time you can't log the event. Only those participants whose names appear in the log book may log this event

If everything goes right we will have had people coming out of nowhere and gathering for 15 minutes, holding a geocaching event and then disappearing

For the Flash Mob to have its full effect, it must appear to come from nowhere and disappear just as quickly
