The Cacher Slasher 02: John Doe Traditional Geocache

Nice work Detective.  That piece of evidence that you discovered was missed by the primary Detective.  Unfortunately though it hasn't brought us any closer to the killer.  Widen the search area and see if you can turn up anything else.

This is the second cache in a series of 12 caches. The coordinates for the final can be deciphered through detective work in the pursuit of the Cacher Slasher. Stay sharp and good luck.

This is city property and hunting is allowed in the fall. Please be advised to take that into account if you are looking for these caches during hunting season. Hunting Times in City Parks: October 27, 2014−January 10, 2015 1/2 hour before sunrise to 1/2 hour after sunset.
