Our cache is hidden in Elk Creek Access, located off Route 5 near Lake City. There are signs pointing to the entrance. The park includes beautiful Elk Creek that feeds into Lake Erie, a wooded area along the creek and steep hills.
This area is a very popular fishing spot. There are several parking areas for you to leave your car and start your search. You'll have to decide which is best for you. There are some trails also, but nothing is marked or official. Again you'll have to decide which is best. Whatever way you choose, you won't be dissappointed by the view or the surroundings. The cache is hidden in a green ammo box. The original contents of the cache include: 2 votive candles, first aid durable cloth, a cat magnet, paperback book, Z102 Decal, 3-Piece stationary notebook set, cat figurine, smiley-face denim coinpurse, pen, london court tea box, and a free 20oz Mellow Yellow winning cap.
