On your way to or from the Central Plateau Conservation Area via the Lakes Highway there are many walking tracks and stops to enjoy this pristine environment.
Projection Bluff track provides access to Projection Bluff from the Lake Highway. The track begins near the Liffey Valley Lookout on the Lake Highway . This well marked track through alpine scrub is 500m long and climbs 100m. Expect to take 30 minutes. Track climbs to a flat plateau forming Projection Bluff.
The cache is located close to the carpark adjacent to the Lakes Highway
Taking the walk up to the Bluff is optional.
You are looking for a camo'ed container that can take small swaps and trackables.
