On the day of your Event: Get there early Act like a muggle before the event starts (don't congregate with other geocachers) Enjoy the fun spirit of the WWFM At the end of 15 minutes, leave without a trace Plan to meet up with other geocachers later to spend a fun day caching! Be sure to submit your "attended" log within 2 weeks of the event, in order to receive a special Geocaching.com WWFM XI SOUVENIR.
The event should last only 15 minutes (but you can always gather informally afterwards for geocaching!) Take a group picture Collect the number of people attended for statistical purposes Be creative and Have fun!
We are meeting at 20:00 at the meeting point.
What we are going to do is: Walk around the meeting point until hearing the whistle blow. If you see other geocachers pretend you dont know them. After hearing the whistle put on your RED hat, and everybody comes together where we will put a big GEOCACHING CONTAINER and take a group picture together.
This Event is happining all around the world at the EXACT same time! Be part of something bigger then you are used to ;)
What we are going to do is so simple. Between 19.30-19.45 you can get RED HATs from R1 Reference Point. After that you go to the main coordinates and hide your red hats. At exact time 20.00 after hearing the whistle, have your RED hats and act like we are looking for a GEOCACHE! in 5 mins we will be in the COORDINATES. So everyone will be around the BOX. We will take out the Geocaching FLAG from the BOX. We take a GROUP picture together.. at 20.15 will take off our hats. and leave like noting happened.. :) After taking picture everyone needs to go to the R1 point to sign the LOG BOOK! After signing the logbook we could go somewhere to eat or drink together.... see you in Eminonu :)

Yapacağımız şey çok basit. Saat 19:30-19:45 arası R1 Reference Point’ten kırmızı şapka alabilirsiniz. Daha sonra ana koordinatlara gidip, şapkalar gizli olarak civarda durun. Tam saat 20:00de düdük çaldıktan sonra her neredeysek kırmızı şapkamızı giyeceğiz ve GPS ile etrafı arıyor gibi alanda dolaşacağız. 5 dakika içinde koordinatlara gidip toplanacağız ve hep birlikte oradaki kutunun başına gideceğiz. İçinden bayrağı çıkarıp resim çektireceğiz. 20:15 gibi şapkaları çıkarıp hiç bir şey olmamış gibi dağılacağız. Sonra katılanlar R1 noktasına gelip logbook’u imzalamalılar. Attended kayıtları logbook kayıtlarına göre veya fotoğraf varsa kabul edilecektir. Daha sonra buradan hep birlikte bir şeyler içmeye gidebiliriz. Tüm dünyada aynı anda tüm geocaching oyuncuları bu etkinliğe katılacaklar. Fotoğraf çekeceğiz ve dağılacağız... Eğer kendi kırmızı şapkanız varsa onunla gelin. ;) İsteyen Kırmızı balon da getirebilir :P Fotoğraf renkli eğlenceli çıksın diye kırmızı düşündük ;) görüşmek üzere...
