Please read the event schedule and be familer with it when you arrive. 15 minutes isn't a long time and we need to stay on schedule. I have prizes for the first 10 people who sign in an "I will attend" below. You must attend to win. If someone in the top 10 doesn't come I will then move to the 11th person and so on down the line. One prize per cacher name. All 10 will be awarded.
A whistle will sound when it is time to move along in the schedule
1:00 Form a circle around me. I will be the one holding 3 beach balls. We will play hot potato with three balls. Start passing the balls when the music starts, when the music stops whom ever is holding a ball is out. Take 2 steps back out of the circle. Those still playing close in the circle and we will keep going. We will play until 1:07
1:07 Lunch will be provided
1:09 Prizes will be awarded. Prizes for those NOT eliminated from the hot potato game, and those who won a prize by signing up for the event early.
1:11 A group photo will be taken. Line up with your back to the fountain. After the picture has been taken smooze with your fellow cachers
1:15 Event is over, please leave the area immediately.
