Cache located on the west side of an old Civil Defense bomb shelter built in the '50s. Dark and dank inside. Oddly the only door to the shelter faces the target City of Eau Claire. Government Intelligence? There is room for parking off road. In the unlikely event the local farmer is curious, explain what you are doing and leave if requested. Report the incident.
If you park near the structure you will find a path in that does not involve bushwacking. Cache is not winter accessible. The door isn't locked but resist the urge to see inside. If you find the cache please don't lose the waterproof gasket.
