My kids (The Hazelnut and Mr. Q!) and I love going on road trips. We love seeing new places and finding caches along the way, and when we are warmly welcomed to a new place with a sign and a cache, it's a lovely thing.
This challenge is about how often you've been welcomed to a town with a cache. To qualify for this challenge, you'll need to find 50 caches whose titles BEGIN with the two words “Welcome to” (numbers and symbols won't count, other words before the Welcome to will not be accepted. Foreign language is fine as long as all rules are followed). Obviously there are no distance restrictions for this, and no date restrictions, either. Previously found caches that have since been archived also count.
Cache is at posted coords and you're welcome to find and sign whenever you're in the area (please use posted parking or find other legal parking, don't pull off at the coords to make this a quickie) but you can't log a find till you meet the qualifications. Prove your qualifications however you are most comfortable; screen shots of GSAK filters work great.
Load the car with snackage, fill the tank with gas and go road trippin'!
It is good to have an end to journey toward; but it is the journey that matters, in the end.
