The event will be a picnic in the park, The given co-ords are for a grassy spot a short way from a play area. As this is a park, geohounds are also welcome.
From the parking WP you will be able to follow your GPSR to the event location. The route between the two is mostly on compacted stone paths and well kept grass. Buggies, wheel chairs and mobility scooters should have no problems getting between the two, which is about 240m.
Toilets are available in the park cafe which is located near the parking WP
Please bring a picnic, a blanket and anything else you may need for a couple of hours in a park.
I will endeavour to rustle up some hot and cold drinks which will be available for the duration of the event. (tea, coffee and juice)
I should also have some new caches being published in the area on the day.
Should the worst happen and the British summer does not stump up good weather we will adjourn to the park cafe. I will make an announcement if this is the case.
