This area of the park is FREE (no admission fee) and I have the permission of the Wood County Park & Recreation division manager, Chad Schooley for it to be hidden here.
Dexter Park is located 6 miles south of Pittsville at junction of STH 80 & 54 West. The park is located on 1,235 acres around Lake Dexter, which was developed in 1962. The lake is 298 acres.
Dexter Park has over 1,000 acres of wild or undeveloped land with abundant wild life and game fish.
