DETAILS
The event will introduce you to the game and include:
• What is geocaching?
• How do you do it?
• What do you need to know to get started?
• Tricks to finding and hiding geocaches.
• A chance to test out your new (or seasoned) skills on some unusual sample caches.
• AND some TIPS, TRICKS and CHEATS including:
- Tips to help you get your caches published.
- Cache camo tricks.
- How to earn favorite points for your cache.
- Some secrets, cookies and work-arounds for geocaching problems.
- How to avoid muggles and chats with security officers.
- And more.

There are around 70 caches within 6 square miles of Metamora just waiting to be discovered, plus you never know when some new caches might just pop up!

PARKING
There is plenty of parking available along the street or the parking lots just off the main street.

FOOD & PRIZES
There will be refreshments (courtesy of TeamPatchwork and the Mosaic Co-Op) and the chance to win some nice door prizes (provided by TeamPatchwork, some of the neighboring Metamora businesses and Team Itchy & Scratchy).
