If you have a GPSr or smartphone bring it with. No prior experience is necessary, but it will be beneficial for attendees to browse the website prior to the event, and sign up for a free membership. Check out www.geocaching.com for more information. If you have any questions that you would like answered prior to the event, please feel free to email us at TeamSigSharkandJanski@shaw.ca and we would be happy to assist you.

Everyone is welcome. We hope to have plenty of beginners looking to learn more, but we will also have some experienced geocachers willing to team up with some new folks to help them around town. We'd also appreciate some experienced cachers bringing GPS units so that new folks can see how they work if they don't have one of their own.

• The event is kid friendly - geocaching is an activity for the whole family.
• Spread the word amongst your friends, family, and coworkers.
• Come out and meet other geocachers - and you get a smiley to log on www.geocaching.com just for attending!

Hope to see you there!
