Geocache Description:

There are so many approaches to caching, what is yours? This cache many or may not be winter friendly depending on the amount of snow we get. BYOP and replace the cache as found to keep the hunt going for the next person. Please stand cache upright to keep water from seeping in! Happy Caching!

This cache is named after the 2 lovely little deer friends, who entertained me for about 20 minutes when I stopped to place the cache. They were so close and so curious, they watched me open my car door, they watched me climb out of the car, they watched me walk towards them, they let me take several pictures of them. They became frightened when a bird startled them with a load call, but then stopped to watch me some more. I continued to walk toward them and enjoyed thier beauty as daylight began to give way. The bird cried out again, once more startling my friend. I then watched as they fled off into the field with their white tailed flags raised! This is why I enjoy geocaching so much, you just never know what you are going to encounter. Once they left I placed my cache and smiled all the way home, with several pictures of my friends in my posession! So fellow cachers please watch out for deer in the area on your way to and from the cache site!
