I previously had a cache here but between floods and a complete redoing of the park area it kept disappearing. The last time was when the nice location I had got totally bulldozed and since any logical beacons were removed I decided to archive and bring you all back here to see the changes. At some point in the future there is a hope by the state of Iowa to put in a bike trail connecting from the Yellow River State forest to Waukon, maybe this cache will be lucky enough to be one of the first caches along the trail if it gets built.
Come take a break along the stream, look for trout, let the kids play on the playground equipment or just find the cache and move on!
Just a heads up, I took several readings and they all varied so I have blended them to get you close. The beacon should be obvious though. Big old cedar tree...
