Four Wheel Power Traditional Cache

This cache has been archived.

Team Troglodyte: This one's had a good long run, and if I were still in the area I'd check on it. It seems unlikely to have been lost to Harvey since it was on high ground and tied in place, but it could have been muggled. In any case, hate to see it go, but I can no longer properly maintain it.

Geocache Description:

Traditional cache, with parking at the Peckingpaugh Preserve parking area.

You will be looking for a traditional cache regular size cache. Reaching this cache involves a round trip hike of approximately 1.6 miles along a sandy trail. The deep sand covering much of the trail will make hike a little tougher then the distance suggests. The trail follows Spring Creek and is frequented by ATV's and hikers The cache itself is about 75 feet from the trail. Found this area in 2002 hunting another cache that has long ago been archived (GC1A61). This is just too good an area to be cache-less. Because of the deep sand along much of the trail, mountain bikes are not recommended.
