Behold the lowly turtle, as he must stick his neck out to get ahead . . . except . . . there is the Post Turtle. He must stick his neck out in order to study his unfortunate situation.
He has reached a new level in life, he didn't get there by himself, he doesn't belong there, and he can't get anything done while he is there.
His unseemly home does have an ersatz "moat" around it consisting of about 4 - 5 feet of thisk brush. The CO thought it best for geocachers to avoid having to hack their way in to the Post Turtle's abode, so he placed the cache container outside the "moat". This should make for an easy PnG. Have fun!
