Blast Mystery Cache

There is nothing at the posted coordinates but a gate and parking on Blast Rd. You will have to decode characters to get the coordinates for the actual cache.

All you need to find the final coordinates is on this page. The difficulty rating is for the puzzle. The container itself is an easy find.

This cache is located on PA State Game land 237. You will have to hike a short way from the gate to the final stage. You will be looking for a Mighty Mega Container with room for small trade items/swag.
