While geocaching is no longer permitted within Bent Creek Experimental Forest, special use permits allow The N.C. Arboretum’s staff to place caches within the Arboretum’s property for visitors to find.
To locate Arboretum Geocaches visit www.geocaching.com. New geocache location information will be uploaded prior to November 1. While there is no fee or reservations required to seek geocaches or join Arboretum Educators, ordinary parking fees to access the Arboretum apply.
