Growing up in Hugo in the 80s and 90s, I remember when this road went straight out to 14 (8) and there was a Park & Ride in the intersection. Driving down this road was a blast from the past. I haven't been down here since they rerouted Otter Lake Rd to its current spot probably, ten years or more years ago.
