With the recent arrival of a large chain holistic, organic, gourmet food emporium, the character of Gilman Avenue corridor has already begun to shift. This neighborhood used to be sketchy, but now it's up and coming. Would you rather have grass-fed ground animals or generic and dubious La-Ti-Da brand ethnic cuisine? How about coffee and doughnuts from mom and pop's or the more elegant brandish name pasties from "Ours Are Superior Because We Spell Funny". The choice is yours...and you can find this cache before or after any eats.
There should be plenty of parking nearby unless this area becomes like 4th Street.
