I am sure all seasoned cachers have had their share of horror stories related to geocaching. Between breaking through the ice at GC23JAY, encountering a most-formidable wall of brush at GC3AQD4, or receiving 30 mosquito bites in less than 10 minutes at GC4BB2V (despite a coat of 40% DEET on), there have been some trying trips in pursuit of a cache. Feel free to take a moment to share some of the trials and tribulations you have gone through while geocaching in your logs.
The cache itself should be a pretty easy find. We hid it in winter, so the bushwhacking was not bad at all, but you will likely have to fend off some brush on your way to GZ in the warmer months. Congratulations to j&k&kids on the FTF. Happy hunting!
The Geocache Notification Form has been submitted to Sarah Bolser of the Lake Kegonsa State Park Office. Geocaches placed on Wisconsin Department of Natural Resource managed lands require permission by means of a notification form.
