You are looking for a dark green waterproof match container. I saw Hack1of2 use a container very similar to this and I liked it so I copied it.
About the Location
This is a quick park-and-grab on 92nd Street. You can pull your car over onto the shoulder or park on Allerton Ave., which is the nearby side street. The location is in a spot where no one will pay very close attention to you but it is out in the open so some stealth is required. As always, should you be caught, the Secretary will disavow any knowledge of your actions.
About the Spy Gear
James Bond used a rocket-firing cigarette in the 1967 film, You Only Live Twice. The rockets are accurate up to thirty yards and come in especially handy if you need to fight your way out of a super villain's volcano fortress.
