This cache is placed near Slabodka Yeshiva** . Slabodka yeshiva is a branch of the Hebron Yeshiva. It was opened in Bnei Brak by Rabbi Isaac Sher, a son-in-law of the Alter of Slabodka, Rabbi Nosson Tzvi Finkel.
The yeshiva has approximately 500 students. Despite the Lithuanian affiliation of the yeshiva, many of the students are chassidic. Additionally, there are quite a few ultra-conservative followers of the Chazon Ish. .
-Note that this cache is on “Givat Rokach” (Rokach Hill), and the approach by road from Rabbi Akiba street is quite steep.

-NOTE THAT THIS CACHE IS LOCATED IN AN ORTHODOX NEIGHBORHOOD AND CAN NOT BE DONE ON FRIDAY AFTER AN HOUR BEFORE SUNDOWN, NOR ON SATURDAY UNTIL AN HOUR AFTER SUNSET, (OR ON JEWISH HOLIDAYS). Failure to respect this request will be at the cacher’s own risk, and will result in the cache being archived by the CO.
Also please dress in modest attire *, not only to respect the residents of the area, but not to stick out like a sore thumb! Bnei Brak has the densest muggle population is Israel; by respecting the mode of dress in the area you are more likely to be able to retrieve the cache discretely.
* MEN: preferably long pants and a shirt with sleeves, and some type of hat
* WOMEN: Best is a long skirt and a blouse with at least short sleeves (and without a plunging neckline) Pants (not tight) are preferable to a mini skirt.
** A “yeshiva” is a post-high school institution where Talmudical Law is studied
