As I stand, looking across the chess board of my life,
Seeing the pieces bleeding due to my decisions,
I feel at unease knowing my movement is limited,
A conflict raging, without my permissions...
A battle between two well known foes,
Over a span that is a decade multiplied by four,
Of who I am, and who I could have become,
There will never be a winner, only continued war...
