The Spokane GeoTour encompasses Spokane's rich history and scenic areas with geocaches that await your discovery! Join us at the Northbank Shelter at Riverfront Park to receive your GeoTour Passport to history.
The festivities begin at 9am at Riverfront Park in the Northbank Shelter, near the last remaining Expo ’74 Butterfly. There will be a brief overview of the GeoTour, then the passports will be handed out as the geocache locations are released at 9:30am.
GeoTour team members will be onsite until 5pm to hand out passports, assist geocachers and also teach anyone interested in learning more about geocaching.
GeoTour finishers can return to Riverfront Park to pick up their Geocoin prizes until 5pm that day, or at the Cache Cave, located at 14109 E Sprague Ave #7B, through 8pm that night. The Cache Cave will have extended daily hours for at least the following week to accommodate the influx of geocachers working on the GeoTour.
Cache Advance is hosting a free Geocaching 101 class at the Cache Cave on Friday August 7th at 6pm. This is followed by a Meet and Greet at 7pm, all open to the public.
