This cache is designed with younger geocachers in mind and is themed on the Matryoshka or more commonly called Babushka Doll.
Babushka means little matron, grandmother, or elderly woman.
Traditionally the outer layer of these Russian nesting dolls is a woman, dressed in a sarafan, a long and shapeless traditional Russian peasant jumper dress. Much of the artistry is in the painting of each doll, which can be very elaborate. The first Russian set of these dolls was carved in 1890 by Vasily Zvyozdochkin from a design by Sergey Malyutin, who was a folk crafts painter at Abramtsevo.
The cache is hidden in light bush at Ridgeway Park off the Chimney Pot Hill Road.
Cache contents: Log, pen and swaps for younger cachers
