The Great Hunt of Hunt County 2015

The event will have a challenge aspect to it or if you don't want to do the challenge you can casually attend!
There are other activities to participate in if you choose not to compete in the challenge.
We always welcome geocachers in other parts of the area and always welcome them as part of our HCGA family.

Tentative Schedule
9:00 AM Registration and Check-in begins.
9:30 AM Welcome meeting and rules, announcements. ALL CHALLENGE PARTICIPANTS MUST ATTEND AT THIS TIME!
9:45 AM Final words and score sheets will be handed out to the Team Captains. CHALLENGE BEGINS when the word is given. Anyone seen leaving early will be disqualified and given a score of 0! All challenge teams will have a MAXIMUM SIZE of FIVE PEOPLE and MUST DO THE CHALLENGE IN ONE VEHICLE ONLY AND HUNT FOR EACH CACHE TOGETHER AT ALL TIMES. Others that wish to just find caches in the area or find some of the challenge caches but not be part of the challenge teams are encouraged to do so. Also, please come to the dinner afterwards as that is for everyone at the event and not just the challenge teams.
Noon LUNCH (OPTIONAL) at Chik-fil-A where we will answer questions and maybe give a hint or two (see waypoints for location)
5:00 PM CHALLENGE ENDS! No score cards will be accepted after 5:00 PM.
5:30 PM Come together for Dinner at Buffet Palace with giveaways, swag and travel bug trading, and a coolest cache contest
Event ends with Door Prizes and an Awards Ceremony!
