Perhaps something similar has been said by a disgruntled student. However, this spot is set up as an educational site for water retention topics. I really don’t know what all goes on here, but I’m sure it’s interesting. (There is an info kiosk at the parking area…see posted coordinates…..more info could be there.) Plenty of parking here, and the cache is not far up. You’ll need to navigate a hill, but you don’t need to venture too far up. Small lock-n-lock container awaits. Ensure things are secured well so the goods don’t slide down. Have fun!
The Geocache Notification Form has been submitted to the land manager at the Baldwin DNR office of the Wisconsin DNR. Geocaches placed on Wisconsin Department of Natural Resource managed lands require permission by means of a notification form. Please print out a paper copy of the notification form, fill in all required information, then submit it to the land manager.
