Mid bypass, this location can be reached through Bear Valley, up Forest Ave, up Shoenbar, or over the 3rd Ave bypass which has great views of the city and water.
This cache is placed at the top of the old bypass. Shoenbar is a great, yet steep walk up from downtown. Just around the bend is the beautiful new library that has a fantastic view of he mountains over the valley. Another path travelled to downtown could be Forest Ave, another great but steep walk.
