Where? The listed coordinates.
Why? Why not!
The Official Schedule
Between 11:45am - 11:59am:
Wander about. Act casually (like a muggle). Don’t gather at this point. Just hang out in your own little group or by yourself.
Part of the fun will be appearing out of nowhere.
At 12:00 noon, the host will head to ground zero, hold up a giant cardboard logbook, and proclaim, "Geocachers - Come Log Your Find!".
This will signify that the event has begun - come one, come all! We'll do a 'conga line' - we might have music along the lines of "Jump In Line - Shake Sonora". Bring your fanciest air-guitars so we can all rock out to "Rock Lobster"! Crazy hats and feather boas are encouraged - but keep 'em hidden until it's time to assemble!
After you shake your sillies out and have some fun stunning the muggles, we'll want to take a group photo.
After that, please be sure to sign the logbook, greet & meet your fellow cachers, and discover and/or trade some travel bugs and geocoins.
Participants are welcome to get together for socializing, caching, or whatever you disire after the event, but the event will officially 'done & over' at 12:30pm.
