Root River Big Surprise Traditional Geocache

Family fun every Spring usually starts in this area for us. An amazing entry point for Kayaking to go up or down the Root River. Sometimes we make our way East to see all the boats and a different view of down town or we head northwest through Washington golf course up to Island Park picking up a few lost golf balls, checking out the turtles sun bathing, and often times seeing herons. This geocache shares some great sites of the old railroad tracks, the beautiful Root River, and an amazing pathway that takes one through some great areas of the city! This cache won't pop out at you right away.
