The Marsworth Circular Series is a series of caches along a 4-mile circular walk along the base of the Chiltern Scarp, passing through areas of archaeological interest. Some are possible as a cache and dash but if you complete the walk there are many caches (not just ours) along the route.
We recommend you take a copy of the circular route map with you which can be downloaded from the related web pages link.
The route now takes you back along the Grand Union Canal (opened in 1805) along a stretch popular with anglers. Several species of coarse fish can be found including bream, roach and tench.
Please be ultra-careful of muggles here - the cache is situated just off the towpath for this reason, but stealth is still required. Please take care getting to/from the cache as it's quite steep and overgrown.
