This is a small cache hidden in a nice area of Jackson. There nearby street parking. Please approach from the sidewalk. DO NOT go to the sides or back of the building. Permission has been given by property owner (us). Please be respectful and do NOT hunt before 6 AM or after 10 PM.  Thank you!

Welcome to the 2015 SE Wisconsin Geo-Hunger Games. The reaping has been completed and the tributes have been sent to the Capitol for evaluation & training.  It is yet unclear which districts stand with the Capitol, and which may have formed alliances to further the cause of the rebellion.  All will be revealed in time.  

District 5 provides power to the Capitol, and as such, provides a vital service.  Are they in allegiance with the Capitol, or do their loyalties lay elsewhere? Perhaps a clue lies at ground zero?
