Geocache Description:


Join us in the beautiful Cariboo region for the BC Geocaching Association Annual General Meeting


DATE: Saturday, July 11th
TIME: Registration begins at 4pm with the meeting called to order at approximately 4:30pm and should last about an hour
LOCATION: Eagle Island Resort - turn off at the posted coordinates and follow the signs to the meeting

~ Everyone is welcome to attend but only BCGA members are permitted to vote.
~ Memberships forms will be available or apply now here.
~ The agenda will be available to members in the formal Notice of Meeting but will include the results of the electronic voting for Directors, presentation of the financial statements, and any other business of the BCGA.

~ For detailed directions and more information on the resort, visit the website.
~ Please note that the $10 parking fee will be waived for those only on site from 4:00-5:30 for the AGM.
~ Anyone wanting to stay the weekend at this lovely resort may sign up for the BCGA campout event here.
